目的制订消渴丸中格列本脲含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定格列本脲的含量。结果格列本脲在2.5μg～7.5μg范围内线性良好,平均回收率为95.69%,RSD为1.77%。结论含量测定方法简便易行,重现性好。 Objective To establish a method for determining the content of glyburide in Xiaoke pills. Methods The content of glibenclamide was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results Glyburide was linear in the range of 2.5 μg to 7.5 μg with an average recovery of 95.69% and RSD of 1.77%. Conclusion The content determination method is simple and easy to use and has good reproducibility.
