目的对高龄初产妇妊娠分娩并发症及合并症发生情况进行探讨,提出相应的处理对策。方法随机抽取我院110例高龄初产妇的临床资料进行分析,将其设置为观察组,将同期正常生育年龄的初产妇设置为对照组,两组进行比较。结果观察组妊娠并发症、合并症发病率均高于对照组,手术剖宫产几率大。结论做好高龄初产妇产前的护理工作及分娩处理非常重要。 Objective To discuss the complications of pregnancy and childbirth and the incidence of comorbidities in the early primiparous women and put forward the corresponding treatment strategies. Methods The clinical data of 110 early primipara in our hospital were randomly selected and analyzed. The observation group was set as the observation group. The primipara of normal birth age in the same period was set as the control group. The two groups were compared. Results The incidence of pregnancy complications and complications in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the chance of cesarean section was high. Conclusion It is very important to do prenatal nursing work and delivery treatment for the elderly primipara.
