十八大报告指出:深入推进政企分开、政资分开、政事分开、政社分开,建设职能科学、结构优化、廉洁高效、人民满意的服务型政府。十八大报告确立的政治目标,与广大人民群众的心声共同凝聚成全国上下一致的社会理想与关切。而建设人民满意廉洁高效的服务型政府,恰恰是反腐败的一把利剑和必然要求。
The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: In order to further promote the separation of government from enterprises, separate government funds and government affairs, and separate political administration from social service administration, we should establish a service-oriented government with scientific functions, structural optimization, honesty and efficiency, and satisfaction of the people. The political goal set in the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the aspirations of the masses of the people have united to form the social ideal and concern that are consistent across the country. However, building a service-oriented government that people are satisfied with in an honest and efficient manner is precisely a sword and an inevitable demand for anti-corruption.
