2011年开年以来,中国政府频繁推出货币紧缩政策和房产限购措施,部分地区的房市已经零星出现降温迹象。与此同时,高收入群体当中的一些潜在购房者开始把目光转向海外。中国政府在过去的一年以来,动用货币政策和行政层面双管齐下,陆续推出多项措施抑制房地产市场泡沫。截至2011年2月中旬,已经有北京、上海、青岛、济南等八座城市按照国务院1月份推出的新的八项政策措施
Since the beginning of 2011, the Chinese government has introduced monetary tightening policies and real estate restriction measures frequently, and the housing market in some areas has shown signs of cooling off sporadically. In the meantime, some potential home buyers among high-income groups are beginning to look overseas. In the past year, the Chinese government has taken a two-pronged approach of using monetary policy and administrative level and successively introduced various measures to curb the real estate bubble.
