1.存在的问题及改进方法 我公司10t全液压炼钢电炉,采用整体水冷炉盖。炉盖重达3650kg,其最大直径为φ3700mm,最大高度为730mm,由厚度为12~16mm的A3钢板和锅炉钢板焊接制成。炉盖中间等距离三个电极孔的最大偏差≤±5mm,试验水压0。6MPa(6kgf/cm~2)。 在炼钢生产中发现,炉盖电极孔侧壁或下部焊缝经常漏水,必须对其进行维修,从而增加了热停时间,直接影响了生产。 为解决此弊,我们对原炉盖先后进行了5次改进。利用废旧炉盖,将其受热严重、
