职业行为导向教学法虽然传入我国多年,很多学校都以此为指导思想在人才培养方案,课程体系上进行了大幅的修改,但毕业生仍有部分呈现出无法很好地适应用人单位的需求,出现了对一些工作岗位无法胜任,专业对口率不高的情况。笔者结合毕业生反馈的情况从人才培养方案制订的指导思想,课程考核办法,师资力量的培养,工作室制度的建设等方面进行了探讨,并提出了相应的对策。希望本文能对目前高职类的艺术设计专业在职业化教育有所裨益。
Although the introduction of occupational behavior-oriented pedagogy in our country for many years, many schools have adopted this as a guiding ideology in personnel training programs, curriculum system has been substantially modified, but some graduates still do not fit well with the needs of employers , There has been some jobs can not be qualified, professional counterparts rate is not high. Based on the feedback from graduates, the author discusses the guiding ideology, the methods of curriculum assessment, the cultivation of teachers’ ability, the construction of the studio system and so on, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. I hope this article can help vocational art education in the higher vocational education.
