介绍了5MW供热堆控制棒流体动压传动的原理及运动特性,并着重分析了它对反应堆安全特性的影响。这种传动不同于压水堆上使用的电磁-机械传动,也不同于沸水堆上使用的液压传动。该传动是靠动压来推动其活塞的。在这个新的传动系统中,以反应堆冷却剂(水)作为工作介质,经泵加压后注入位于堆芯结构中的水力步进缸内。通过流量控制缸体作步进式运动,步进缸拖动中子吸收元件,控制核反应的进行。这种传动具有结构简单、可靠性高、固有安全、降低反应堆高度、经济等优点。
The principle and kinetic characteristics of hydrodynamic drive of 5MW heating reactor control rod are introduced, and its influence on the safety characteristics of the reactor is analyzed emphatically. This type of transmission is different from the electromagnet-mechanical transmission used on PWRs and also differs from the hydraulic transmission used on the BWR. The transmission is by dynamic pressure to promote its piston. In this new drive train, reactor coolant (water) is used as a working medium and pressurized by a pump into a hydraulic stepper cylinder located in the core structure. Through the flow control cylinder for step-by-step movement, stepper cylinder drag neutron absorption element, control the nuclear reaction. This drive has the advantages of simple structure, high reliability, inherent safety, lower reactor height and economy.
