默契,普遍存在于体育团队运作的情境中,被认为是影响团队表现优劣的重要因素,但查阅相关文献,发现体育学界对此概念的本质与内涵却缺乏系统性的探讨。研究采用文献资料、逻辑推理等方法,以工业与组织心理学领域所发展的团队心智模式为基础,从团队层面的认知观点来对运动中的团队默契本质和运作过程进行深度透视,认为默契的本质包含了任务与团队的准确知识、效能评价与后设认知以及情感依赖与觉察3种成分,并提出提升团队默契应该努力的方向,以期对体育团队在运动中有着良好的表现提供智力支持。
Tacit agreement, prevailing in the context of the operation of a sports team, is considered to be an important factor affecting the performance of a team. However, referring to the relevant literature, it is found that there is a lack of systematic discussion on the essence and content of the concept of sports in sport. Based on the team’s mental model developed in the field of industrial and organizational psychology, the research uses literature and logical reasoning to deeply understand the essence and operation process of the team’s tacit understanding in the movement from the cognitive perspective at the team level. Consists of three parts: the accurate knowledge of task and team, the evaluation of effectiveness, the cognition of cognition and the dependence and perception of emotion, and puts forward the direction that the team should enhance the tacit understanding so as to provide the intelligence for the sports team to have good performance in sports stand by.
