上海冶金局最近在上钢一厂10吨转炉及中心试验室炼钢厂3吨转炉上试炼成功10号无缝钢管钢,用10吋上小下大不带保温帽钢锭模锭铸(镇静钢),经开坯轧制成75毫米圆钢后由上海钢管厂穿孔冷拔成φ65毫米无缝钢管,成品率平均在91.1%,其中一级品占60%,个别炉号成品合格率达到97%。这一试验证明了,转炉钢完全能够用来制作无缝钢管。炼无缝钢管钢成功的关键在于很好控制冶炼和浇注操作,消灭后吹,合理脱氧,控制钢中非金属夹杂。上海的初步试制经验如下: (1)铁水质量:铁水含硫0.08~0.09%;含磷0.40%,采用小高炉生铁及部分马鞍山生铁,使用碱性化铁炉,铁水温度在1280~1300℃(光学高温计读数,下同)。
