在研究探讨青年心理素质问题时应当看到,心理素质是一个较为复杂的、笼统的、难以确切把握的概念。近些年来,不少专家学者对此也提出过不少的界定,如认为心理素质就是人的知情意行过程的组合;也有的认为心理素质与人的素质是相等同的;还有的把心理素质就看成是人们对于挫折的承受能力等等。我们认为,既不应当把心理素质这一概念变成是僵化、狭义的纯心理学概念,也不应当使其泛化而成为无所不包的流行词汇。在本文,我们把心理素质初步界定为人们在先天遗传素质基础上形成的,在后天社会环境和教育影响下发展
In the study of youth psychological quality problems should be seen that the psychological quality is a more complex, general, difficult to grasp the concept. In recent years, many experts and scholars have also put forward many definitions of this, such as thinking that psychological quality is a combination of people’s intentional intentional process; others think that psychological quality is equal to the quality of human beings; Quality is seen as people’s ability to withstand setbacks and so on. In our opinion, we should neither change the concept of psychological quality into a rigid and narrowly defined concept of pure psychology, nor should it be generalized to become an all-encompassing popular vocabulary.
