今年以来,我们针对资金管理中存在的问题,有的放矢地制定了一些与奖惩相结合的管理制度,收判较好效果。在商品销售额较上年同期增加510.3万元的情况下,流动资金平均占用额减少329.6万元,流动资金周转加快7.2天。我们采取的措施是: 一、加强信息工作和进货管理,认真清理进货合同。今年县局和所属公司成立信息小组11个,形成上下交错的信息网络。我们加强了市场预测,贯彻了多品种、小批量、多批次、勤周转的进货原则,对新产品和一时看不准的商品先试销后进货。滞销商品仅占1.28%,较上年下降81.62%。各公司还对1983年没有执行完的合同进行了彻底清理,对1984年新签的进货合同也根据销售动态进行了调整,注销进货合同340万元,提高了库存质量。二、坚持经常性库存商品排队,积极处理有问题商品。把压缩库存作为改善企业经营管理的主攻方向。力争在年底以前使商品有效库存率达到95%
