在日常生产与生活中,螺纹制件数量众多,应用广泛。正确地对其各项参数进行精密测试,在很多场合下是十分必要的。本文试就在工具显微镜上,测量螺纹半角与螺距的各种方法作分析说明。同时,也是对“线值计量技术之五”《螺纹测量》一书作一些补充与澄清。该书由上海科学技术出版社出版(1973年)。在工具显微镜上进行两种参数测量时,要经过“成象”和“测量读数”两个步骤。其中,“成象”主要有“影象法”与“轴切法”两种;“测量读数”是针对测量螺纹半角而言,主要分为“按角度目镜角度度盘直接读数”与“测直线值,按正切法计算”两种方法。详细分述如下。
