制造精密轴承对轴承两端面要求很高。由于没有高精度的端面磨床,故一直采用研磨方法,生产效率较低。为此我们在普通MA7675/1双端面磨床上,改制了一种磨削夹具,采用切入式磨削方法,对φ200~400毫米轴承环的双端面进行了磨削试验,效果显著。经计量室鉴定,平行差达2微米以内,光洁度达(?)10。这种磨削方法简便易行,不需特殊设备,在一般精度的双端面磨床上,即能磨出高精度轴承环。
Manufacture of precision bearings on both ends of the bearing demanding. Because there is no high-precision surface grinder, it has been used grinding method, the production efficiency is lower. For this reason, we modified a kind of grinding fixture on ordinary MA7675 / 1 double end surface grinding machine, and used the cutting method to carry out the grinding test on the double end surface of φ200 ~ 400mm bearing ring, the result is remarkable. This grinding method is simple and easy, without special equipment, the general accuracy of the double-end grinder, which can wear high-precision bearing ring.
