从力学基本原理出发论述提高轧机刚性的三种途径:保持机架立柱截面积与轧辊直径的合理比值;缩短轧制压力作用回路和对轧机施加预应力。
From the basic principle of mechanics, three ways to improve the rigidity of the mill are discussed: a reasonable ratio of the cross-sectional area of the stand column to the diameter of the roll is shortened; the rolling pressure action loop is shortened; and the prestress is applied to the rolling mill.
