目的：比较宫喜环与Cu300、TCu220C宫内节育器临床效果；方法选择2011年10月-2013年10月到我站自愿要求放置IUD的育龄妇女360例为研究对象，按放置宫内节育器的类型分为3组：宫喜环组、Cu300组、TCu220C组，每组120例。随访1年，观察临床效果和不良反应。结果宫喜环组、Cu300组、TCu220C组的带器妊娠检出率分别为0.87%、2.65%、1.79%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；经量增加检出率分别为0.87%、6.19%、3.57%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；经期延长检出率分别为2.61%、6.19%、4.46%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；不规则出血检出率分别为0.87%、5.31%、4.46%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；结论宫喜环具有带器妊娠率低，经量增加、经期延长、不规则出血等不良反应小等优点。“,”Objective:To compare the clinical effects of three types of intrauterine devices(IUDs).Methods:A total of 360 women underwent the insertion of Gongxi IUD,Cu300 and TCu220C IUDs in Family planning Scientific and Technical Guidance Centers of Yongjing county in Gansu Pronvince,.between Oct,2011 and Oct,2013,and followed up for one year.The effectiveness and side effects were evaluated.Results:The pregnancy rates for those with Gongxi IUD,Cu300 and TCu220C IUDs insertion were 0.87%、2.65%、1.79%(P<0.05);The increased menstrual flow rates were 0.87%、6.19%、3.57%(P<0.05);The menstrual extension rates were 2.61%、6.19%、4.46%(P<0.05);The irregular bleeding rates were 0.87%、5.31%、4.46%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gongxi IUD has the advantages of low pregnancy rats,it also has a low incidence in adverse reactions, such as the increased menstrual flow rates,the menstrual extension rates,the irregular bleeding rates.
