本实验系统地观察了冬虫夏草的三种提取物对小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的影响。体内,体外实验的结果表明,冬虫夏草的粗品,乙醇提取物和水提取物均能明显抑制小鼠脾细胞对刀豆蛋白A(ConA),细菌脂多糖(LPS)的增殖反应;明显减少小鼠特异的抗体分泌细胞数;减低同种异型抗原诱导的迟发型超敏反应及混合淋巴细胞反应,延长小鼠同种异体移植皮片的存活时间。用流式细胞仪(FACS)对小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞亚群的分析结果表明:虫草的以上各种提取物,均能增加小鼠脾脏CD8~+亚群的细胞数。提示虫草对小鼠免疫功能的抑制作用可能在于选择地增强抑制细胞亚群而发挥其对免疫应答的负反馈调节作用。
This experiment systematically observed the three extracts of Cordyceps sinensis on cellular and humoral immune function. The results of in vivo and in vitro experiments showed that crude extract of Cordyceps Sinensis, ethanol extract and water extract could significantly inhibit the proliferation of mouse spleen cells against ConA and LPS, Specific antibody secreting cells; reduce the allotype antigen-induced delayed-type hypersensitivity and mixed lymphocyte reaction and prolong the survival time of the mouse allograft skin graft. The analysis of T lymphocyte subsets in mouse spleen by flow cytometry (FACS) showed that all the above extracts of Cordyceps could increase the number of CD8 ~ + subsets in spleen of mice. It is suggested that the inhibitory effect of Cordyceps on mouse immune function may lie in selectively enhancing the inhibitory subpopulation and exerting its negative feedback regulation on immune response.
