磨沟墓地位于甘肃省临潭县陈旗乡磨沟村北约100米、靠近洮河的台地上,海拔2000多米。墓地东西宽约50米、南北长约150米,面积近8000平方米。从2008年开始,甘肃省文物考古研究所、西北大学文化遗产与考古学研究中心开展合作,对其进行发掘,发掘墓葬中绝大部分为齐家文化墓葬,少部分为寺洼文化墓葬。墓葬呈东北一西南向排列,可分为竖穴土坑墓和竖穴偏室墓两类,以竖穴偏室墓居多,随葬品多为陶器,工具相对较少,人体部位多有骨、石、铜质装饰品等。磨沟墓地是迄今为止发掘规
