博物馆与图书馆的教育职能在近几十年内得到充分的研究与实践。公众已经认可了博物馆与图书馆作为教育和文化遗产保护重要机构的社会地位。然而,同样作为公共文化机构的档案馆,由于缺乏有效的教育服务的提供,造成大量的文化遗产馆藏资源得不到及时的开发和利用,使得部分档案馆的公众形象仍然停留在“政府机关”而非“文化机构”上。教育服务作为档案馆拉近与公众间距离的手段之一,已被国外众多档案馆所采用,并取得了良好的效果。本文以法国为例,通过描述法国档案馆公共教育服务的历史发展及现状,为我国档案馆公共教育服务提供参考和借鉴意义。
The educational functions of museums and libraries have been fully studied and practiced in recent decades. The public has recognized the social status of museums and libraries as an important institution for the protection of education and cultural heritage. However, as a public cultural institution archives, due to the lack of effective provision of educational services, a great deal of cultural heritage collection resources have not been developed and utilized in time, making the public image of some archives still remain in the government organs “Rather than ” cultural institutions ". As one of the means to narrow the distance between archives and the public, educational services have been adopted by many foreign archives and have achieved good results. Taking France as an example, this article provides a reference and reference for public education services in China’s archives by describing the historical development and current status of public education services in the French archives.
