小儿肉眼血尿发作常与无阳性肾结石合并血清钙正常的特发性高钙尿有关。已证明,噻嗪疗法可消除血尿,但迄今尚无可靠的最佳治疗方案。为此,作者回顾性分析了14例高钙尿小儿因血尿而接受限定疗程的噻嗪利尿剂治疗的经验。
Children with ocular hematuria often associated with non-positive kidney stones associated with serum calcium normal idiopathic hypercalciuria. Thiazide therapy has been shown to eliminate hematuria, but so far no reliable best-in-class regimen has been established. To this end, the authors retrospectively analyzed the experience of 14 patients with hypercalciuria treated with thiazide diuretics for a limited duration of treatment due to hematuria.
