控制条件上热轧的含碳量力0.4—0.50%的中碳钢板,具有细珠光体组织并显示出70—90Kg/mm~2的高抗拉强度以及良好的成形性和耐磨性。在与热带钢轧机相似的条件下,研究了化学成分、热轧条件的显微组织对中碳钢机械性能的形响。实验结果已被热带钢轧机的实际生产加以证实。这些高强度钢板不需要经受热处理,而能够象热轧状态一样冷加工。这种钢板认为可适用于机械工业中要求冷成形性和耐磨性的许多构件。
The medium-carbon steel sheet having a carbon content of 0.4-0.50%, which is hot rolled under the control conditions, has a fine pearlite structure and exhibits a high tensile strength of 70 to 90 kg / mm 2 and good formability and abrasion resistance. Under similar conditions as the hot strip mill, the effect of chemical composition and hot rolling microstructure on the mechanical properties of medium carbon steel was studied. The experimental results have been confirmed by the actual production of hot strip mills. These high-strength steel sheets need not be subjected to a heat treatment and can be cold worked as hot-rolled. This type of plate is considered suitable for use in many applications in the mechanical industry that require cold formability and wear resistance.
