土壤侵蚀普查是全国第一次水利普查的一个重要普查专项,它在摸清我国土壤侵蚀基本情况,推动数字水土保持,为水土保持规划和生态建设服务等方面有着重要的意义。本文结合土壤侵蚀普查工作性质及地理信息系统(GIS)的数据管理特点,利用GIS技术实现图形与数据的显示、查询、编辑与应用,运用可视化的方式,为土壤侵蚀普查数据的管理与应用提供一种崭新的、更为先进的解决方法,从而极大的提高土壤侵蚀普查的工作效率。论文首先对土壤侵蚀普查的基本情况作了介绍,通过对普查工作流程的叙述,论证了升级土壤侵蚀普查信息系统建设的必要性。在此基础上,论文以C#为开发语言,ArcEngine为开发组件,在Visual Studio平台上进行了系统的基本功能模块的开发实现。最后以土壤侵蚀普查具体调查单元的数据处理操作为例,对系统的使用能力进行了检验。
Soil erosion survey is an important census item of the first water census in China. It is of great significance in ascertaining the basic situation of soil erosion in our country, promoting digital water and soil conservation, and providing services for soil and water conservation planning and ecological construction. Combined with the nature of the work of soil erosion survey and the data management features of GIS, this paper uses GIS technology to display, query, edit and apply the graphics and data, and uses the visualization method to provide the management and application of soil erosion census data A new and more advanced solution that greatly increases the productivity of soil erosion censuses. The paper first introduces the basic situation of soil erosion survey. Through the description of census workflow, the necessity of upgrading the construction of soil erosion census information system is demonstrated. On this basis, the dissertation takes C # as the development language and ArcEngine as the development component, and develops and implements the basic function modules of the system on the Visual Studio platform. Finally, taking the data processing operation of the specific investigation unit of soil erosion survey as an example, the capability of using the system was tested.
