本溪钢铁公司炼铁厂团烧车间使用贫精矿粉(含Fe~60%,SiO_2~14%)来制造高碱度自熔性贫团矿。在高温下熔化现象甚为严重。 经实验室中研究的初步结果,认为烧成高碱度的贫团矿,其温度范围变化很窄,因此首先要求严格控制团矿的焙烧温度制度,同时分析了影响烧成自熔性贫团矿的一些因素。工业试验得出的初步结果,基本上是和实验室所得的是符合的。 本文的后面作了烧成自熔性贫团矿的初步理论分析,供作讨论。
