利用化学杀雄剂诱导农作物雄性不育,并用来配制杂种,是利用杂种优势的一项新技术,近二十多年来引起了世界各国的广泛重视。特别在水稻、小麦、玉米、棉花、蔬菜等作物上研究较多。但化学杀雄剂诱导油菜雄性不育的问题,则还没有报道。为此于1977—1980年进行了一些初步研究。我们先后共试验了杀雄剂1号、乙烯利、氨基磺酸、甲基砷酸铁胺等11种药物,结果杀雄剂1号对油菜杀雄效果最好。为了指导杀雄技术和为寻找新的杀雄剂提供依据,现将有关杀雄剂1号诱导油菜雄性不育的效果及其机理研究结果报道如下。
The use of chemical killing agents to induce male sterility in crops and to formulate hybrids is a new technology that takes advantage of heterosis. For more than 20 years, it has attracted worldwide attention. Especially in rice, wheat, corn, cotton, vegetables and other crops more research. However, the problem of chemical maleicide inducing male sterility in rapeseed has not been reported yet. For this reason, some preliminary studies were conducted in 1977-1980. We have tested a total of 11 agents such as Kao Xiongji No. 1, ethephon, sulfamic acid and methyl iron arsenite. The results showed that Kao Xiong No.1 had the best killing effect on rapeseed. In order to guide the killing technique and to provide a basis for searching for a new killing agent, the research results on the male sterility induction mechanism and its mechanism of the killing agent No. 1 were reported as follows.
