谣言的传播效果与事件重要性、事件模糊性和信息不对称性成正比。信息需求与谣言主题存在较高一致性,薄弱的防范意识无法识别谣言的特征,以及信息接收习惯与主流辟谣方式不对称,共同导致了老年人成为社交平台谣言的“重灾区”。图书馆应贴合老年人的特点提供量身服务,帮助其突破阅读障碍,疏解信息检索难题,以识别社交平台谣言。
The effect of the spread of rumors is proportional to the importance of events, the ambiguity of events and the asymmetry of information. There is a high degree of consistency between the information needs and rumor topics. The weak prevention awareness can not identify the characteristics of rumors, and the information reception habits and the mainstream rumor styles are asymmetrical, resulting in the “hardest hit areas” where the elderly become rumors of social platforms. Library should fit the characteristics of the elderly to provide tailor-made services to help them break the reading barrier, ease the information retrieval problems in order to identify social platform rumors.
