本文报告了钙促排灵在驱镉过程中,对尿中锌、铜的排出,血清锌、铜浓度以及尿碱性磷酸酶、尿N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶、尿乳酸脱氢酶活性的影响。第一次肌肉注射钙促排灵0.5g后, 尿中锌、铜的排出量分别增加到注射前的5.79倍和2.15倍;肌肉注射该药0.5g/天三个疗程,血清锌、铜浓度与治疗前相比均有不同程度的下降,但差别不显著;三种尿酶活性,在治疗期间和停止用药后都比治疗前显著降低。钙促排灵[CaNa_3·DTPA,简称CaDTPA(下同)]对多种放射性核素和金属具有促排作用,它的驱铅效果优于EDTA、Na-DMS、ZnDTPA。但该药在排出有毒金属的同时,也排出体内必需微量金属而引起络合综合症,在大剂量时可引起动物肾脏损害。为此,我们在试用此药对长期接镉人群进行驱镉治疗试验的过程中,观察了它对尿中锌、铜排出,血清锌、铜浓度以及反映肾损害较敏感的指标一尿酶活性的影响,以期为全面评价该药的治疗效果和副作用,指导临床合理应用此药,提供参考依据。
