With the approval of the State Council, another 134 cities and counties in our country are included in the open areas for foreigners. According to Article 20 of Chapter IV of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Control of the Entry and Exit of Foreigners, foreigners can travel to these areas without valid travel documents if they hold valid visas or residence permits.
