建立活体蛑微循环视察模型。方法:采用OLYMPUS微质环显微镜微机摄录系统,观察Wister大鼠在体肾皮质微循环。结果:能清楚地看到肾皮质肾小球及周围的血管结构和血流状态,肾小球血管呈现树枝状排例,结构紧密分布均匀,血流呈现直线型,流速快。持续观察可见交替开放现象。结论:该活体肾微循环视察模型方法可靠、效果良好。
Establishment of live 蛑 microcirculation inspection model. Methods: OLYMPUS microcyst microscope microscopy system was used to observe the microcirculation of Wister rats in the renal cortex. Results: The structure and blood flow state of renal cortex and glomerulus can be seen clearly. The glomerular blood vessels showed dendritic arrangement with tight distribution and linear blood flow and fast flow rate. Ongoing observation shows the phenomenon of alternating openness. Conclusion: The live renal microcirculation inspection model is reliable and effective.
