本文对中国互联网众筹融资的背景和现状进行分析,在此基础上,通过我为车队融资的体验,探讨其与传统融资方式相比的多样性,创新性,总结互联网融资成功的重要因素。提出当前互联网众筹融资可能遇到的问题和对此行业的未来期许。
This paper analyzes the background and current status of China’s Internet crowdfunding financing. Based on this, through my experience of financing for the fleet, it explores its diversity and innovation compared with the traditional financing methods and summarizes the important factors of Internet financing success. Put forward the current Internet crowdfunding financing may encounter problems and expectations for the future of the industry.
