高粱品质改良依据用途的不同可分为籽粒品质改良(食用、饲料)、茎秆品质改良(生物能源)和叶片品质改良(饲草)等方面。高粱籽粒品质改良的主要目的是增加蛋白质和赖氨酸的含量,兼顾淀粉的含量,减少单宁含量。目前,在高赖氨酸突变体的利用和黄色胚乳高粱的培育已取得一定的进展。
The quality improvement of sorghum can be divided into improvement of grain quality (food, feed), improvement of stalk quality (bioenergy) and improvement of leaf quality (forage) according to different uses. The main purpose of sorghum grain quality improvement is to increase the content of protein and lysine, taking into account the content of starch and reduce the content of tannin. At present, some progress has been made in the utilization of high lysine mutants and the cultivation of yellow endosperm sorghum.
