材料和方法 1.研究对象 为我院牙体病科银汞合金调制室。该室宽2.7mm,长2.6m,高3.4m,体积为23.8m~3。室内有一银汞合金调制箱,上接抽风机将有害气体抽至四层楼顶经过滤后排至大气。调制箱内可进行手工调制银汞合金。室内另有一台银汞合金自动调拌机(Dentomat 3西德 Degussa AG)放置在调制箱外。该调制室供应牙体病科七间诊疗室63张椅位的充填时所需的银汞合金,故调制量很大,工作时由一人几乎连续不断地调制。主要用自动调拌机。有时也用手工调制。该室除抽气通风外,朝南向户外有四个高1.38m,宽0.52m的玻璃窗,全部可以完全打开通风。朝北有门,一般不打开。朝西有一小窗供应索取调制好的银汞合金用。室内夏季装有电扇。该室为牙体病科各室中空气含汞量最高之处,故选为研究对象。为模拟通风最差
