目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症(EM)患者血清中可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)及单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)表达水平的变化情况及意义。方法:病例组选取2005年7月~2006年7月于唐山市妇幼保健院诊断为EM的患者共45例,对照组选取同期卵巢良性上皮肿瘤患者45例。以酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)定量检测EM患者血清slCAM-1及MCP-1的水平,比较两组患者血清sICAM-1及MCP-1水平的差异。结果:EM组血清sICAM-1水平明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。EM组早期患者血清MCP-1水平明显高于晚期患者及对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:EM患者血清sICAM-1及MCP-1水平明显升高,提示血清sICAM-1及MCP-1水平在EM致病机制中起着一定作用。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) in patients with endometriosis (EM) Methods: A total of 45 patients with EM diagnosed in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Tangshan City from July 2005 to July 2006 were enrolled in this study. 45 patients with benign epithelial ovarian tumors were enrolled in the control group. The levels of serum slCAM-1 and MCP-1 in patients with EM were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the differences of serum sICAM-1 and MCP-1 levels were compared between the two groups. Results: The level of sICAM-1 in EM group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The level of serum MCP-1 in EM group was significantly higher than that in advanced group and control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The levels of sICAM-1 and MCP-1 in patients with EM are significantly increased, suggesting that serum sICAM-1 and MCP-1 levels play a role in the pathogenesis of EM.
