提出了提取相位衬度传递函数制作振幅滤波器方法和利用光栅及像全息制作相位滤波器的方法.对电子显微解卷,得到与频率无关的传递函数,提高了电子显微像的分辨率.
A method of extracting the phase contrast transfer function to make the amplitude filter and the method of making the phase filter by using the grating and the image holography are proposed.Under electron microscope unwinding, the frequency-independent transfer function is obtained and the resolution of the electron microscopy is improved .
