利用 TEM,对微合金化的 X-60钢母材及模拟粗晶区中第二相粒子的形态、数量及物相进行了研究 .结果表明 ,母材中第二相粒子的形状不规则 ,经热循环后变为方形 ,且粒子的数量显著减少、尺寸增大、粒子的成分亦发生显著变化 .分析表明 ,t8/ 5较小时 ,热循环过程中粒子发生溶解及长大 ;t8/ 5较大时 ,粒子不仅发生溶解及长大 ,在冷却过程中还会重新析出一些第二相粒子
The morphology, amount and phase of second-phase particles in the micro-alloyed X-60 steel base material and simulated coarse-grained zone were studied by TEM.The results show that the shape of the second-phase particles in the base metal is irregular, After thermal cycling, the particles became square, and the number of particles decreased significantly, the size increased, and the composition of the particles also changed significantly.The analysis showed that the particles dissolved and grew up during the thermal cycling when t8 / 5 was small, Larger, the particles not only dissolve and grow, in the cooling process will also re-precipitation of some second-phase particles
