介绍了一种支架四连杆的求解方法。首先由偏置曲柄滑块机构得到四连杆机构的解析解,然后采用黄金分割法求出与特定高度对应支架运动参数的数值解,给出了调整双纽线轨迹的方法。以四连杆参数的解析解为基点,适当扩大变量的作用域,运用优化方法可得到满足要求的四连杆参数。
A solution to the four-bar bracket is introduced. Firstly, the analytical solution of the four-bar linkage mechanism is obtained by the biased crank-slider mechanism. Then, the numerical solution of the kinematic parameters of the bracket corresponding to a specific height is obtained by the golden section method, and the method of adjusting the double-coupler trajectory is given. With the analytic solution of the four-link parameter as the basic point, the scope of the variable can be enlarged appropriately. By using the optimization method, the four-link parameters satisfying the requirements can be obtained.
