互联网的普及和发展标志着信息化时代的到来,对于企事业单位人力资源管理而言,如何有效地实施人力资源管理改革并由此构建企事业单位人力资源管理的运作机制,提高企事业单位的管理绩效成为亟待解决的问题。本文在对信息化背景下人力资源管理影响因素进行分析的基础上探索了人力资源管理信息化的实现路径,对于现代人力资源管理的发展有着一定的借鉴意义。
