关于轮胎式起重机车架,目前还没有一种很成熟的计算方法。有的设计人员在计算时将大梁简化为简支梁,这种方法固然很简便,但计算结果则过于保守,往往使得车架大梁的横截面尺寸过大,从而增大了整机的重量。从有些车架应力实测结果来看,实测应力往往只有用简支梁法计算应力的一半左右。但若将车架的计算简图取为超静定刚架,则计算又过于繁复而不便于应用。
There is not a very sophisticated calculation method for a wheeled crane frame. Some designers in the calculation will simplify the girder simply supported beam, this method is very simple, but the result is too conservative, often makes the frame girder cross-sectional size is too large, thus increasing the weight of the machine. From some frame stress measurement results, the measured stress is often only calculated by simply supported beam method about half. However, if the calculation frame of the frame is taken as the statically indeterminate frame, the calculation is too complicated and not easy to be applied.
