本文模拟抛丸机叶片使用工况,采用玻璃砂和少量石英砂混和磨料,考察了奥氏体基体和马氏体基体高铬铸铁在不同冲击角度下的冲蚀磨损特性。结果认为无论马氏体基体还是奥氏体基体,高角度冲击下的耐磨性都低于低角度冲击;无论冲击角度高低,马氏体基体耐磨性都高于奥氏体基体;奥氏体基体对碳化物的支撑不如马氏体基体,造成碳化物在深层范围内的碎裂。
In this paper, the operating conditions of the shot blasting machine blades are simulated, and the abrasion characteristics of the high-chromium cast iron with austenite matrix and martensite matrix at different impact angles are investigated by using glass sand and a small amount of quartz sand mixed abrasive. The results show that both the martensite matrix and the austenite matrix have lower wear resistance under high angle impact than low angle impact. The wear resistance of the martensite matrix is higher than that of the austenite matrix regardless of the impact angle. The support of carbide on the matrix is not as good as the matrix of martensite, resulting in the fragmentation of carbides in the deep range.
