标准化工作是企业的一项综合性基础工作,贯穿于企业生产、经营和管理活动的全过程。电力企业要实现良好的生产经营秩序,节能降耗,降低成本,提高经济效益和社会效益,建立现代化企业制度,必须具备坚实的标准化基础。在建设现代化企业的过程中,一些发电企业进行了有益探索,取得了一定成效。本刊特别策划了这期专题,通过优秀实践案例展示,与全国各电力企业交流经验,相互促进,共同推进企业管理水平的提高。
Standardization is a comprehensive basic work of an enterprise, which runs through the whole process of enterprise production, operation and management activities. Power enterprises must have a solid standardization foundation to achieve good order of production and operation, save energy, reduce costs, increase economic and social benefits, and establish a modern enterprise system. In the process of building a modern enterprise, some power generation enterprises have conducted useful explorations and achieved some success.
