我厂从1975年开始先后研制刺五加片、五加参冲剂、刺五加胶囊。其中五加参冲剂于1977年秋季首次在广交会展销。由于该产品疗效确切、剂型独特新颖,包装美观大方,质量稳定,深受国内外用户欢迎,赢得了较高的声誉。并于1979年荣获国家银质奖。由于剂型少,品种单一,对搞好经济核算,设备改造更新,产品质量升级,改善企业管理等方面都带来了很大的好处,生产上也出现了欣欣向荣的景象。现从我厂刺五加制剂生产的发展,谈谈发展中成药新产品的几点体会。(一)要注意调动工程技术人员的积极性从多年中成药生产管理中,我们得出一条经验:
