目的分析不合格处方,提出对策,提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法依照《处方管理办法》随机抽取2011年1月至2011年12月共12000张门诊处方,分类统计不合格处方并加以分析。结果本组12000张处方,合格11473张,占比为95.61%;不合格527张,占比为4.39%,其中处方书写不规范处方288张,占不合格处方的54.65%,用药不合理处方239张,占不合格处方的45.35%。结论医院可采取各种措施提高处方合格率,使患者用药更规范、安全、有效。
Objective To analyze unqualified prescriptions, propose countermeasures, improve the quality of prescriptions and promote the rational use of drugs. Methods A total of 12,000 outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected from January 2011 to December 2011 according to the “prescription management approach”, and the unqualified prescriptions were classified and analyzed. Results The group of 12,000 prescriptions, 11473 sheets, accounting for 95.61%; 527 failed, accounting for 4.39%, of which 288 prescriptions prescription non prescription, accounting for 54.65% of unqualified prescriptions, irrational prescription 239 Zhang, accounting for 45.35% of unqualified prescriptions. Conclusion The hospital can take various measures to improve the pass rate of the prescription, so that the patient’s medication is more standardized, safe and effective.
