《新京报》报道,今年3月,记者曾体验17款政府APP,发现其中部分存在下载难、久不更新、便民信息不足等问题。8月12日,记者再次下载体验这17款APP,发现时隔近5个月,部分APP下载难等问题已解决,但多数APP信息仍然没有更新。网民“江德斌”:政府部门开发手机APP本意是为了方便老百姓,但如果只开发不运营,那么这些APP便成为摆设,造成资金浪费。网民“刘建国”:时隔5个月,多数APP的问题依旧,凸显政府在APP管理上缺乏规范标准,重开发而轻维护,导致诸多政府APP沦为“花架子”。
