引言蒸汽蓄热器是一种储存热能的装置,可用来调节供热设备与蒸汽用户之间负荷的不均衡性,从而保证锅炉操作的稳定。如城市煤气厂中重油裂介制气和水煤气车间所需蒸汽的负荷就是周期性地变化,只有保证这些车间用汽压力稳定在某一参数,才能使锅炉负荷稳定。而现代锅炉的水容量越来越小,对负荷变化的适应性更差,用调节燃烧的办法来适应负荷的变化是很困难的。当用户负荷突然上升时,锅炉汽压急剧下降,水位上升,引起汽水共腾现象,俗称“吊水”,不仅给锅炉工的操作带来困难,而且影响用户的使用。在城市煤气厂中采用蒸汽蓄热器可解决上述矛盾。
INTRODUCTION A steam accumulator is a device that stores thermal energy and can be used to regulate the imbalance of the load between heating equipment and steam users, thus ensuring the stability of the boiler operation. For example, the load of steam required for the medium-heavy oil-medium gas and water-gas plants in the city gas plant is periodically changed. Only by ensuring that the steam pressure in these plants is stabilized at a certain parameter can the boiler load be stabilized. The water capacity of modern boilers is getting smaller and smaller, and the adaptability to load changes is even worse. It is very difficult to adjust the changes in combustion to adapt to the changes in load. When the user’s load suddenly rises, the boiler’s steam pressure drops sharply and the water level rises, causing the soda water to soak up. This is commonly known as “dumping”, which not only brings difficulties to boiler workers, but also affects the user’s use. The use of a steam accumulator in a city gas plant can solve this contradiction.
