针对传统前轴生产工艺易导致产品局部强度下降,生产效率低下的问题,提出了前轴局部精整成形的新工艺。设计了局部精整模具,并应用有限元数值模拟方法分析了局部精整成形过程中的充填情况、成形载荷以及弯曲变形的规律。分析结果表明:在新的工艺及模具结构下,锻件填充情况良好,成形载荷适当。这些为生产工艺的制定及精压设备的选型提供了一定的理论参考。
Aiming at the problem that the production process of the traditional front axle is easy to cause the local strength of the product to decline and the production efficiency to be low, a new process of the local finishing of the front axle is proposed. The design of the local finishing mold, and the application of finite element numerical simulation method analysis of the local finishing process of filling, forming load and bending deformation. The analysis results show that under the new technology and mold structure, the forging is filled well and the forming load is proper. These provide a theoretical reference for the formulation of the production process and the selection of co-extrusion equipment.
