本研究探讨利用ZnCl2 分离液分离显微组分时不同的ZnCl2 分离液之比重对热解参数Tmax的影响 ,实验上利用单一煤样 (台湾裕峰煤 )配制几个不同比重的ZnCl2 分离液 ,将煤样浸泡其中再各分成两部分 ,一部分直接晾干 ,另一部分清洗煤样中的ZnCl2 分离液后再行晾干。最后将所有样品进行热解分析。结果显示 ,Tmax值随着ZnCl2 分离液比重的增加而有提前到达的趋势 ,而在洗除含有不同比重ZnCl2 分离液的煤样 ,可恢复此样品应的的Tmax值。这说明ZnCl2 分离液比重的增加有加强催化的效果 ,同时亦显示热解参数Tmax值的稳定性。
In this study, we investigated the effect of the specific gravity of ZnCl2 separating solution on the pyrolysis parameter Tmax when using ZnCl2 separation liquid to separate the micro-components. In the experiment, we prepared several ZnCl2 separations with different specific gravity using a single coal sample (Yufeng Coal, Taiwan) Soak the coal samples and divide them into two parts, one part is directly dried, the other part is cleaned and the ZnCl2 separating solution in the coal samples is dried. Finally, all samples were analyzed for pyrolysis. The results show that the Tmax value with the increase of the proportion of ZnCl2 solution has the tendency to arrive earlier, and in the wash with different concentrations of ZnCl2 separating solution of coal samples, the sample should be restored Tmax value. This shows that the increase of the specific gravity of the ZnCl2 solution has the effect of enhancing the catalysis, and also shows the stability of the pyrolysis parameter Tmax.
