报道了营养平衡米和普通籼米的微量元素含量和NSF 值。并将营养平衡米配膳和籼米配膳的NSF 值进行了比较。结果表明, 每500 g 营养平衡米Zn 、Cu 、Fe、Mn 、Se 的含量分别为19-10 、3-75 、8-65 、13-25 、0-07 mg, 高于同量籼米的8-00 、1-50 、2-50 、5-10 、0-03 mg ; NSF 值分别为127 、188 、48 、530 、140 , 高于籼米的53 、75 、14 、204 、60 。营养平衡米膳的NSF 值分别为374 、163 、275 、123 、105 , 高于籼米膳的170 、149 、49 、64 、170 。研究证明, 营养平衡米及其膳食比籼米及其膳食的营养价值高。有必要推广食用营养平衡米, 以改善营养不平衡状况。
The trace element contents and NSF values of nutrient balance rice and ordinary indica rice were reported. The NSF values of nutritious balanced rice and indica rice were also compared. The results showed that the contents of Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn and Se in every 500 g nutrition balance rice were 19-10, 3-75, 8-65, 13-25 and 0-07 mg, respectively, which were higher than 8 -00, 1-50, 2-50, 5-10 and 0-03 mg, respectively. The NSF values were 127, 188, 48, 530 and 140, respectively, higher than those of indica rice 53, 75, 14, 204 and 60. The NSF values for nutritionally balanced rice meal were 374, 163, 275, 123, 105, respectively, higher than the 170, 149, 49, 64, 170 for indica rice meal. Studies have shown that nutritionally balanced rice and its diet have higher nutritional value than those of indica rice and its diet. There is a need to promote nutrition balanced rice to improve nutritional imbalances.
