以马来酸酐功能化的乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物(EOPE-g-MA)为弹性体,三聚氰胺多聚磷酸盐(MPP)为阻燃剂在双螺杆挤出机中制备了无卤阻燃增韧尼龙612/EOPE-g-MA/MPP复合材料。测定了该复合材料的极限氧指数(LOI)。实验结果表明,当EOPE-g-MA、MPP的质量分数分别为15%和20%时,复合材料的LOI为31%,垂直燃烧通过UL94V-0级,缺口冲击强度是纯尼龙612的4.6倍,实现了在不使用卤元素阻燃剂并且保证该复合材料力学性能的前提下,大幅度提高该材料阻燃性能的要求。
In this paper, a flame retardant was prepared by using maleic anhydride functionalized ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (EOPE-g-MA) as elastomer and melamine polyphosphate (MPP) as flame retardant in a twin- Toughened nylon 612 / EOPE-g-MA / MPP composite. The limiting oxygen index (LOI) of the composites was measured. The experimental results show that the LOI of composites is 31% when the mass fraction of EOPE-g-MA and MPP is 15% and 20%, respectively. The vertical burning passes UL94V-0 and the notched impact strength is 4.6 times that of pure nylon 612 , Which realizes the requirement of greatly improving the flame-retardant property of the material without using the halogen elemental flame retardant and ensuring the mechanical properties of the composite material.
