国家助学贷款政策几经变革,问题却依然存在。社会保障基金参与国家助学贷款,将使国家助学贷款体系处于一种良性运行状态。本文通过对全国19所高校的相关调研,从实践和操作层面来分析社会保障基金参与国家助学贷款的可行性,并建构运行的基本模型。
After many changes in the state student loan policy, the problem still exists. Social Security Fund to participate in the national student loans, will make the national student loan system in a healthy state of operation. This article analyzes the feasibility of participating in the national student loans by social security funds from the practical and operational aspects through the relevant research on 19 colleges and universities nationwide, and constructs the basic model of operation.
