建立了环孢素胶囊的高效液相色谱检测法。以八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，用乙腈－ ｐＨ２．５磷酸水溶液（７４∶２６）为流动相，检测波长２１４ｎｍ 。环孢素在０．０５～１．６９ｍ ｇ／ｍ ｌ浓度范围内线性关系良好（ｒ＝０．９９９９），平均回收率为９９．７％ ，ＲＳＤ为０．３７％ 。该法操作简便，分离度高，结果准确，可用于环孢素胶囊的含量测定。
The establishment of a cyclosporin capsule HPLC detection method. Using octaalkylsilane bonded silica as filler and acetonitrile - pH2.5 phosphoric acid (74:26) as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 214 nm. Cyclosporine had a good linearity (r = 0.9999) at a concentration range of 0.05-1.69 m g / ml with an average recovery of 99.7% and a RSD of 0.37%. The method is simple, high resolution, accurate results, can be used for determination of cyclosporine capsules.
