建立了环孢素胶囊的高效液相色谱检测法。以八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,用乙腈- pH2.5磷酸水溶液(74∶26)为流动相,检测波长214nm 。环孢素在0.05~1.69m g/m l浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.7% ,RSD为0.37% 。该法操作简便,分离度高,结果准确,可用于环孢素胶囊的含量测定。
The establishment of a cyclosporin capsule HPLC detection method. Using octaalkylsilane bonded silica as filler and acetonitrile - pH2.5 phosphoric acid (74:26) as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 214 nm. Cyclosporine had a good linearity (r = 0.9999) at a concentration range of 0.05-1.69 m g / ml with an average recovery of 99.7% and a RSD of 0.37%. The method is simple, high resolution, accurate results, can be used for determination of cyclosporine capsules.
