人才队伍是施工企业可持续发展、参与国际竞争的前提和保证,多年来各级党委和人事劳资部门一贯重视人才队伍的建设,把它作为党委和班子工作的一项重要内容。施工企业本着“以人为本”的思想,尊重人的价值,实现人的愿望,满足人的要求,促进人的发展,从人才队伍的规划、选拔到培养、考核、使用,无不倾注了各级领导和人事劳资工作者的大量心血,取得了一定的成绩。本文从施工企业人才培养方面入手,对新形势下施工企业人才培养进行探讨。
