目的检测外阴高分化鳞癌中S100A8/A9及S100A4的表达情况,探讨其与外阴鳞癌的关系。方法采用SABC免疫组织化学方法检测10例外阴正常皮肤,30例外阴高分化鳞癌中S100A8/A9及S100A4的表达情况。结果 S100A8/A9表达于正常外阴表皮中的基底层细胞,阳性细胞的平均光密度值0.79461±2.094;而在外阴鳞癌中高表达于癌巢细胞,平均光密度值为2.5358±3.476,与正常组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。S100A4表达于正常外阴表皮的基底层细胞,真皮层有少量间质细胞阳性表达,平均光密度值0.3020±1.672,而在外阴鳞癌中癌巢呈阴性表达或极少细胞阳性,间质细胞呈高表达,平均光密度值0.5310±2.768,与正常组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 S100A8/A9和S100A4的表达与外阴鳞状细胞癌的癌变有关。
Objective To detect the expression of S100A8 / A9 and S100A4 in vulvar well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and to explore its relationship with vulvar squamous cell carcinoma. Methods SABC immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of S100A8 / A9 and S100A4 in 10 vulvar normal skin and 30 vulvar well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. Results S100A8 / A9 was expressed in basal cells in normal vulvar epidermis. The average optical density of positive cells in S100A8 / A9 was 0.79461 ± 2.094, while in vulvar squamous cell carcinoma, it was highly expressed in cancer nest cells with an average optical density of 2.5358 ± 3.476.
